Default 5zigen fitment question

My friend's selling his 5zigen rims and the offsets are:

17x8 +43 Front
17x9 +43 Rear

and I would like to run 215 front and 245 rear

I've checked the fitment guide and it says +48 minimum front, and +45 min rear

But cannot really get an idea how much these rims will be out of place.

Would I find it really hard to run the tire sizes with the 5zigen rims??

I'm not really thinking of rolling my fenders...

If your not thinking of rolling your fenders then if you are not dropped you should be ok. But if you are dropped i would recomend more camber, but honestly a roll in the rear will help the most.
