Would i be able to run with 18x8 18x9.5 with 225F 255R?? ( Meaty Tires)
would there be a problem in hitting fenders with tires?

Depends on what the offsets are. At OEM offsets, you'll be fine. At lower offsets, you're going to have trouble.
