Thumbs up Questions about tires

What would you recommend as the best size snow tire for my 04 s2000.

Would it be best not to stagger and go with 222/45/17 all around. Tire selection is easier if you do not stagger.

For ultra high performance tires can I run 225/45/17 in front and 255/40/17 or 255/45 in the rear on stock wheels?

What sizes would you recommend?

Thanks,
Neil G.

Blizzaks are considered a very good winter tire. Also, Michelin Alpins are very good, too. You should still get them "staggered" as your dry road stability will suffer on those nicer days. Some say you should go with one size smaller but I've always run the same size as stock summer tires and they work fine.
For the performance tire sizes, yes, you can run those sizes. For the rears, because it will affect your speedometer reading, you should check the the diameter of the tire is the same as the original tire.
