Thumbs up Quick Help Please! Alignment question..

Well, I have ap2 wheels on my 03...and it's been feeling a bit weird (fronts basically)..so Im thinking an alignment may be the cure(going to get all corners done though).
Well,I think I'll be going to alignment shop in the morning,so I just wanted to know what should I tell them exactly...any specific specs or anything I should tell them to make it for the best setup,or is that only if I did a camber kit? If anyone has done this wheel swap also,or can just fill me in w/ my questions..thank you in advance..later

The wheels will fit fine on the older car. Check the balance while you are at it. You might also want to run the least amount of toe in on the rear to increase tread life.

Changing wheels shouldn't affect what your alignment should be, really. I guess check to make sure that it's at least symmetric from one side to the other. If you don't have your own preferred alignment settings, I'd say stick with the AP1 factory recommended settings. Don't switch to the AP2 settings, because those have more to do with the suspension changes than with the wheel/tire size.

ya it may need to be balanced actually.ill just have both done I guess.(or ask them first)..we'll see how it goes
Oh,btw..im curious, would Honda (dealer) attempt to fix (balance/align/whatever) if I had 05 wheels on my 03,under warranty?.Since its not the oem for that year technically, you think they'd wouldnt cover any wheel/tire issues for me?.
thanks again

If the wheels didn't come with the car, they're not covered by your warranty. Balancing should cost $5-10 per tire at a decent tire shop.
