Default Quick questions on Advan RS / RZs

I'm looking into getting Advan RSs or RZs (still undecided there), and I have 3 simple, little questions...

1) Will I need to deal with hubcentrics?

2) Will OEM lugs work? (I've heard of OEM not working with some wheels)

and now the big one...

3) Where do I find them???
I know at one point, there was a forum sponsor who dealt in Advan, but I can't seem to locate.

Thanks for the response.

I would say you have to roll em'
but don't quote me on that.
