Default Quick wheel question from across the pond.

Hi guys, I'm having a bit of a dilemma over here and don't seem to be getting the definitive answers in the UK forum.

I have an AP1 lowered on Eibachs, so about an inch all round and want to get some aftermarket 17" rims. Having now decided I like the look of bronze on Suzuka blue that's the colour I'm after. The problem I'm experiencing is every wheel I find, I think will work without fender rolling but when I suggest it I'm told they won't fit or they won't look right etc etc.

The wheel I'm liking now is the Work Emotion CR Kai 17x7 ET47 and 17x8 ET47 which I'm pretty sure will fit but when I suggested it, people suggested the convex spokes on the narrower rims will look a bit rubbish. I personally can't see it but would like to see any pics of a similar set up. Also, if you have this set up, what size tyres do you have?

Any info or pics would be much appreciated.

Also, dealer suggestions (who will ship to the UK) would be handy. So far I've been looking on Evasive Motorsports website only.

Thank you.

The wheels you listed will fit, but are pretty narrow. Tsw makes a few different wheels in bronze that come in higher offsets with better widths. The Nurburgring comes to mind.

Thanks, although not a fan of that rim I'm afraid.

How about Works Emotion XD9

17x7.5 ET55
17x8.5 ET42

Maybe 235 rears as opposed to 245's?

No just roll the fenders and run the 245.
