A wheel/tire combo is balanced for itself. Should be fine on a new car, however weights way fall off in transport if you're shipping the wheels.

+38 wouldn't poke out much if you had a decent tire +camber, but ultimately its your car.

Are you planning on relocating the rear bumper tab?

 

Just got them..and got them ibstalled..no relocation of bumper tab..and they fit fine and look fine...yall overexaggerate. Pics coming soon
