A random question...
I just got my new wheels today, non staggered 225 all around and the car handles very different from my old setup 225/255. Should I be worried about worse handling then from the old setup or is this one better? With the old setup the car felt more sharp handling wise but with this setup it feels a bit more wobly. Should I be conserned about the rear loosing traction easier?
Btw if anyone is wondering why 225 I'm not allowed to go above stock size on the wheels

From what I've read on this board (and I've been reading a lot in the wheels and tires section the past few days), I'm fairly positive that you will be a little more prone to some oversteer (back end coming around) when you go to a square setup (like you have... 225 all around). The car will handle differently. I've read that its driver preference on which setup is better, but having driven a staggered and then square setup car, I enjoyed the staggered setup more because it felt more predictable. I don't get much time with the same car when it was in a square setup (this was a 350z).
And think about it... you've taken away some tire from the rear of the car... of course it could break loose easier.

What make/model tires (old + new)? How worn were the old tires? How many miles have you put on the new (mold release worn off?)
Brand new tires will generally feel sqhushier than worn tires. It could also be that the new tire make/model are simply softer wobblier than the old if they arent the same.
If you have to run stock wheel sizes, why not 205 fronts (AP1 stock size). That said, I don't think the difference between 225/225 and 205/225 should be a big deal...

Old ones were BF Goodrich the new ones are Minerva F105, shop said it was a good quality high speed tire. But im pretty sure I have to change tires to something better, because atm the handling doesnt feel right at all. And I went with 225 on all 4 because to the rims had the same width.
