Ray's Gram Lights Offsets?

I might buy a set of 18 x8.5front and 18x9 rear with a 50 + offset for both.
The tires are 225/40/18 and 255/35/18. Is this okay for a MY02 with Tein Flex and EDFC?
I tried searching but to no avail.

I think the 50mm rear offset with the 255 may be a problem. Even 18X9 with 55mm offset are tight.
