Jim:

I'm interested in the re750.

Do you guys have them in stock? Any opinions on them?
I am all stock and got 12k out of the s02's (both front and rear)

should I order them in 245/45/16 for the rear?

They look like they will last longer than the s02's and perhaps behave better in the wet?

Anyone else out there tried them?

Some more info about size :

bridgestone's site lists the following tread width info:

S02 S03 RE750
225/50R16 (OEM) 8.5 8.3 7.2
245/45R16 (suggested) N/A 9.1 N/A
245/50R16 7.9

so, I have two questions:

1. Should we REALLY use 245/45R16 in S03 if the tread width is almost identical between s02 and s03 for the OEM size? Tire diameter is .3 inches different between the two sizes.

2. Bridgestone's site does not list 245/45R16 size in RE750, but tirerack's does (although it's not available). Does this mean that should I want to buy RE750, I should wait until the 245/45 size is available or I will lose a noticeable amount of grip in the rear with RE750's?

Dazed and confused in San Francisco...

We do not have the 245/45R16 due into us anytime soon. It is the best size to run. The problem with the OE tires is the front tires are narrow than most and the rear tires are wider. If you stay with the OE sizes you end up with not as much stagger front to rear.
The RE750 would give better ride and longer wear but not as good in handling. If handling is not the number one concern the RE750 will be a good option but wait for the 245/45R16.
If I can help let me know.
Thank you
