Default RE050 Pole Position sizes for AP2?

I'm interested in purchasing a set of RE050 Pole Positions @tirerack. I notice that they have OEM sizes for the rear, but not for the front. What sizes should I take? I have an AP2 and want to keep with OEM spec as much as possible. Is there any negative consequences with deviating from OEM?

Or should I buy PP for the rear and regular RE050 for the front?

Many AP2 owners bought 225/45-17 front and 255/40-17 rear and almost everyone likes it better than OEM sizes of 215/45-17 and 245/40-17. It is best if you have the tire brand and model for both front and rear. Jim at Tirerack can confirm this if you call him.

Thanks for the advice. I guess I'll go with that also.

BTW, will these new sizes fit in existing OEM rims?
