Default RE30 and spoon calipers

i intend to buy the spoon front calipers. will the Volks RE30 7.5'' 17 with +43 offset fronts clear the calipers without a spacer? what will be the effect of the spacer to the car setup if needed? with 9'' 17 +54 offset rears. is it a good overall setup?

thanks,

I have these offsets and would like to know as well. The set up is fine, you will have to roll the front fenders and possibly the rear as well.

iirc someone in the "RE30 Picture Thread" said they clear by just a few mm

EDIT: Found it https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showt...post&p=10657824

Yeah I pmed him about it a few months ago and he said in +43 offset it hardly clears so he put a 3mm spacer just to be safe.

17x9 +54 will clear Spoon calipers. Don't know about 17x7.5 +43 though.
