Default Spoon Caliper fitment?

I ordered a set of TE37's 17x7.5 +48 in the front and there have been replies on the post that it will clear spoon calipers. Can anyone confirm this for me before I buy these calipers?

Once you get your rims you should ask Han (S9735) if he would let you test fit on his car - he just installed the Spoon calipers.

i think you still need a spacer after that.

spoon wheels clear because it's 16x7 +35.

u sure...when i was doing some research on bbk and offsets many have said that 17x7.5 +42 cleared spoon calipers...

i know my new offset of 17x9 +54 should clear as well :-)

Well, all I know is that on Han's car his wheels have the lowest offsets that I have seen on the front of an S and they cleared those brakes by a mm.

It depends on the wheel and the spoke curvature as well. It's not only about offset.
