I sure would not do it.
The S-03 does not have the grip of the S-02 so the car will become more prone to oversteer.
If you only need rears why not just replace those two with new S-02s?
If you want to change over to S-03s, now is the time to buy 4 of them.
IMHO.

I would agree with Triple H. The option would be to buy the 2 S02 and match this time around and then switch to the S03 when you replace all 4 tires.
You would not be the first person to run them mixed though.
If I can help let me know.

IMO, it's best not to mix these two types of tires. But, if you must, be sure to get the correct size SO3. Since the rear SO3s have a rounder profile than the SO2s the correct size is 245/45/16 not 225/50/16.

Lot's of people have done this without complaint. Post a more descriptive title and I think you'll hear from several owners who've done it.
In general the comments above are correct but in the real world they may be a bit overstated.

That's a good question....I was looking for information on the diameter and such of the stock S-02's to compare them to a wheel/tire combo I was interested in and they seem to not show the stock S-02's any longer!
I was able to find some OEM S-02's for MBZ and BMW (not N-1 S-02's) but the stock fitments for our cars was definitely missing. I must have searched for over an hour
