Reight Height
Was wondering how much i can lower without having rubbing issues. My setup is as follows
Rear:
16 x 8" + 45 with 245-45 AO32-R Rolled fender Camber 2.5Deg
Front
16 x 7" +35 with 205-50 AO32-R Camber 1.75Deg
The car is running on TEIN FLEX adjusted to the higher spec recommended on the manual. Was wondering if i can lower it to a full 1Inch drop.
Is there any possible way i can fully compress the shock in a test environment with out damaging the car

You can go 1 inch lower than stock with your setup. I would not go much lower than that due to damaging the fenders on hard turns.
If you go with wider fenders like I did then you can be more aggressive. I have the same offset/sizes you have and am dumped 3 inches in the front and rear. No rubbing issues. My rear camber was -2.6 and my front is -1.6. I am also running Aragosta 12 way adjustables.

Talk to vtecvoodoo. He works for Eibach springs and can test your shocks on a shock dyno for free. Koni offers this service as well.
