Default Rims bent from tire mounting?

I just had my race tires changed on my Volk CE28N rims, and found that two of the rims are slightly bent on the inner side. This could have happened on the track, but I didn't botice anything when I wiped them clean before taking them to the tire shop. Could they have been bent during the tire change, or is this highly unlikely?

If the bend is on the inside, I would think it is highy unlikely since there is no pressure placed on the inner lip. I'm in SoCal and only trust All German Auto in Escondido to mount tires on any rims, let alone Volks.
