Default Rims from a FD on s2000 fit?

Does anyone know if some 18x8 front and 18x9 rear rims that fit on a 1993-1995 rx7 would fit on a s2000? Owner of the rims has no clue what offset they are as there 3 piece but they fit on the rx7 without any rubbing etc. I think the rx7's have a high offset so they should work?

Maybe if someone has experience with both cars they could chime in. Thanks

The 92-95 FD OEM wheels have a 50mm offset (16x8 as you probably already know).

honestly they will fit but FD's can fit much more aggressive wheels meaning you might be stuck with some wheels that you need to do some fender work to make fit without rubbing....

The owner can measure the offset himself (search on google how to measure offset) and get pretty close to the actual offset. i've done this a few times

Plus they are not going to be hub centric.

Have him measure the offset. It's easy to do. Also have him measure the diameter of the hub hole and see if you can get an appropriate ring. If those two things check out then it shouldn't be a problem.

The RX-7 hub size is smaller the the S2000 rear hub size. If the wheels are hubcentric, the rears will not fit unless you bore out the center.
