causing issues under high acceleration you can feel it vibrating
it's probably your cv buckets, get driveshaft spacers or flip the buckets left/right

there are tons of threads on s2ki about this common problem
Would this cause it to rub on the tyre? It's only since I've lowered it I have had the problem. Seb

No, that wouldn't cause it to rub, but sometimes that does happen after changing your ride height.

Do you hear rubbing? Or just the vibration?

a 8" wide wheel and 225 in the rear isn't very aggressive, do you know what your alignment specs are? (more specifically rear camber).

Are you sure you're rubbing? It's hard to tell from the pics but the tread wear looks normal to me, which would point to it being the CV buckets - here's a thread with info: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/693...ration+lowered

Hi guys as pictured there is a mark around the edge of the tyre.more on the passenger side than drivers side tho I'm sure that this is what I can feel under acceleration I'm putting it down to the tyre being to big at the moment as it is quite high walled for a 40 .I also don't see why when I've dropped the front 30mm and rear the same the front sits higher?

Maybe you can have a friend stand outside and observe the car as it accelerates?

Have you ever used a period or other punctuation?
have you ever considered that english may be a second language to him?? Give him a break What offset are your wheels? Im guessing that your axle cups are pitted and need to be swapped from left to right.
Well he is from ENGLAND, so your logic doesn't work Therefore, it's most likely due to lack of intelligence. But yeah, try swapping the buckets or getting new axles.
