Rota Torques on S2000 AP1
hey guys, i came across some of the members rides in the forum , and i saw that some of you have the rims i want to get for mine, i have an AP1 .so i wanted to ask you guys a quick question.
i want to get the rota torques , but i want the concave ones, front and back if possible. now i know you have to get the 17x9 + 30 in order to be concave.
so my question is . what size should i be looking for the front and rear ?, and also, would they fit no problem on my ap1?, or do i have to do some fender or suspension modifications.? and also is there a down side when it
comes to handling or some sort.
thanks alot guys . and thank you for your time and hope to hear some good news.

Running that size you will need some fender mods for sure. depending on how low you go depends on how aggressive the fender mods will have to be. You will definately need to run some negative camber. I have 18x9+45 front and 18x9+35 rear and I run negative 2.5 camber in the front and negative 4.0 camber in the rear. and that is on a 225/40r18 and 245/35r18 tire setup. 17x9+30 all the way around is pretty aggressive as far as offset goes so prepare yourself for some work. but it will fit. I would say roll the rears and relocate bumper tab and trim rear bumper. and a roll and slight pull in the front with a 225/245 tire setup and a ton of camber and you will be set. once again it all depends on how low you want to go.

Fender rolling, bumper tabs relocated, depending on tire sizes might need to flare slightly, some negative camber will also be needed. Fender liner trimmed and rear bumper inside cut a bit most likely.
