Default RPF01 question

After much debate, i cant find the answer to my questions and i need to start a thread. I'm trying to figure out what size tires and wheel to use as to not have any rubbing issues even at full suspension travel. The car will be a 50/50 track and street car. I've narrowed down my search to either 17x8 +45 F and 17x9 +45 Rear with maybe a 225/45 * 245/40. I would rather go with a 245 17x9 +45 square because of the better grip, deeper look of the 9" wheel and ability to rotate tires. Please any advice would be highly appreciate. If you cant help or contribute it'll be great if you could just stay away(meaning no "look here or look there" answers, or simply search.)I did plenty of searches but they all come down to the same. Thank you for your consideration. Also i bought my car used and i think the fenders are rolled, it doesnt have fender lining, so im guessing it had a low stance. I'll post some pics so you guys could help me out.

If your fenders are properly rolled and you are running a performance alignment with some negative camber, then 245/40 on 9" +45 all around won't be a problem at all.

Thanks! What do you suggest as far as alignment goes?

That is somewhat personal preference but I liked:

-2 camber front, -2.5 camber rear
0 toe front, .2 toe in total rear
max caster

Here are a few pics of the fenders, a bit ghetto like everything the previous owner did to the car but looks to have clearance. May have to end up painting e fender lol.
Rear passenger fender, facing the rear

Front passanger wheel facing rear.

Wow, was he blind folded? There are those that should not touch their car.
