I just ordered some S02s from www.onlinetires.com after finding out the same thing about tirerack being out of stock on rear OEM s02s. They're currently in Fedex's hands on the way to me now. So if you need rear OEM s02s, try them instead.

I prefer Tirerack when buying tires, but I don't want to drive on bald tires for 6 weeks hoping that they'll get some in.
