Sandblasting repaired rims.

hey guys I was wondering if it can harm a repaired rim if i get that area sandblasted. i'm asking because i want to get my rims powdercoated but the spokes have been repaired due to damage. Thanks

If they were repaired properly sandblasting shouldn't be an issue.
