similar stretch

what size tire would be a similar stretch on a 10.5 would it be 265 or 275 ?

looking to get the same stretch as a 255 on a 9.5

I'd say 275. You would be adding 20mm of tire width and ~25mm of wheel width compared to 255 on a 9.5" wheel.

275 I would think...I always went with the rule that +1 inch in wheel width = + 10 width on the tire...Of course if its the same brand/modle
