i have these super thin walled allen wrench-driven lug nuts when i used to have Racing Sparco NS2 Vipers.

i end up breaking one of the wheel studs and had to hunt down these thin walled lugs. it was so difficult that i had to buy 'em straight from mackin (which uses 'em for some of the volks). horrible (and STUPID) experience...

I have had two sets of Volks CE28's
Both using the Rays Duranuts

No issues using the OEM wrench with them.

Make sure you buy 60 degree taper seats - not domed!

Emil, DO NOT use the OEM lugnuts with Volk rims. You will damage the area around the holes and they will not hold the rims on your car properly. You must get aftermarket lugnuts as described by milkbubble.
Thank's guys, but I have the proper Volk lug nuts.
Problem is,the walls of my OEM wrench, are too thick to fit between the lug,and the hole in the wheel, surrunding the lug;the holes around the lugs, are smaller on the Volk.
Wondering,if you guys are using a special, kind of small, light, and strong torque wrench for this job.
I did the job, with my ratchet, and a thin wall socket, but not very convenient.

To tell you the truth, Emil, I have never used the wrench that comes with any car. I have always used a 1/2" drive socket handle (not a rachet) and a 19mm socket to do all my wheel changes. However, now that you have mentioned that using the stock wrench is a problem, I guess I better carry a 19mm and handle with me in case I have a road emergency.
Many thanks for bringing this to light. I could have been screwed if I ever got a flat.

That was my tought.
Guess,I'll pay a visit to "Crappy tire"this afternoon,and get a 1/2" drive bar,and a long 19mm.socket,to carry around in the trunk.
Thank's.

I have a thin walled deep socket with an outer plastic protector that can be removed to make it even thinner. It works on evreything. Get a telescoping lug wrench to use with it.
