Default Snow/Ice winter tires

I was looking on tire rack and noticed that snow/ice tires did not have a tread wear rating. Exactly how do these winter tires wear? If possible can I get Tire/Mileage/Wear Estimate.

I plan on using these tires for the months of NOV- MAR when it gets to freezing tempuratures. Just trying to figure out how many seasons i'll be able to put on these tires. I know they are not made for DD. Will I be ok DD these tires during these months? For climate reference I live in VA/NC.

BTW i'm looking at the Bridgestone Blizzak WS-60 or Dunlop Winter Sport M3 winter tires.

I ran on Dunlop Winter Sport M3/3D tires from ~Dec through March, put ~8k miles on them. They don't look to be halfway done, I expect they should be good for as much as ~20k, maybe. Great tires in the snow!

I would also recommend the Dunlop tires for the car. They are very good in the dry for handling but they are going to give you the ice and snow traction you need as well.
If I can help let me know.

Did you just ask for the different kinds of snow, ice, and temperatures??? HAHA, from what i know snow comes in one form (flakes), ice is frozen water, and they all happen below 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
