Question SSR GTVO2 Wheels on 255

Hello guys!

I wanted to see if anyone could help me out. I just purchased my AP1 not too long ago, and I am looking into getting wheels and coilovers for the car. I am going to go with BC coilovers, and I wanted to get a good opinion about which wheel spec I should be going with. SSR has a picture of a red s2000 with the wheels on the car and I love the look. I believe its on a square set of 255s but I cant really tell. I'm also thinking about going with 245 square set if it will help with rubbing and makes sense. So if anyone has any good information they know or can help at all I would really appreciate it!

Check the gallery posts.

If you see a car whose look you like, ask the person about their specs and what it took to get there.

The car in the photo does not have "bolt on" wheels. There's fender work and cutting/relocating/minor paint repair required, as well as an agressive alignment.

What are you prepared to do to the car to make wheels fit?

Didn’t those wheels used to be available in 17x9? I only see 17x7 and 17x8 for 17” sizing on the table you posted.

I don't think that model was available in 17x9

It seems like they used to offer a 17x9 as those specs were discussed quite a bit in this thread.

https://www.s2ki.com/forums/wheels-t...1060794/page2/

But the link in that is dead and checking SSR's site only shows the fitment OP posted. Given the current specs offered I would look for other wheels.

Here are pics of my 17x9 +45 255/40 SSR Gtv02 setup. I got lucky last year and got them used in great condition . Unfortunately SSR discontinued the specs a couple years back. Sucks, such a good looking set.
