those will fit perfectly with 225/45 front and 255/40 rear....also depending on the tire selection but really with those offset I doubt you'll rub....

they will fit fine with:

225/40/18
225/35/18

45 & 40 are too large of a profile and will make the wheel diameter much larger than stock.

Those offsets are perfect, even with an agressive drop you will be fine. I think I want some gold MS1's. They look like the BBS LM's
