Default Stern Beasts

Ok found a set of stern beasts and can get a good deal on them

Sorry for the quality of the pic.

They are 18X8 + 48 in front
and 18X8.5 +45 in the rear

It looks like they stick out a little in back, nothing to bad, but i was wondering with tires on them and with the added camber from weight on the suspensions, would they look alright? i really like the fact this is one of the only wheels with a 2" plus lip on them that comes close to fitting an S2K.

If i did end up getting them, what do you think about a 25540R18 for the rear? or should i get a 35 for the rear?

The best fit would be a 245/35R18 on the rear. The 255/40R18 would not even come close. Stay with the 225/40R18 or 215/40R18 in the front.
If I can help let me know.

Hay thanks for the info.

Do you think the rim will stick out too far in the back?

i'd shop around. You can get bigger then a 2" lip in the rear (ableit slightly) with waay better/safer offsets if you find the right wheels. Check these works out for instance, 9.5 + 62 rears with some nasty lippage (just under 2.5" i believe):

SSR's also have decent lip (slightly over 2") with better offsets in the rear.
