No it won't fit now or later. The offset is way too low on the rear. You could make them fit but you are going to need to pull the fenders out.

4.1 OEM Fitments
For reference, the OEM MY00-03 (AP1) wheel sizes and offsets are as follows:

Front:
16" x 6.5", +55 offset, 205 tire
Rear:
16" x 7.5", +65 offset, 225 tire

and the OEM MY04+ (AP2) wheels are as follows:

Front:
17" x 7.0", +55 offset, 215 tire
Rear:
17" x 8.5", +65 offset, 245 tire (255 on the S2000 CR)
Follow the link here:
http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

It's a wheel offset calculator.

Enter the stock wheel width/offset, and then enter the new wheel width/offset. Press calculate and it will tell you how far inward and how far outward your wheels will stick out, compared to stock.

Just from eye-balling your proposed specs, the rear wheels will stick out way too much and only a widebody fender or extreme fender pull would save you. Aim for higher offset in the rear.
