Default Subaru wheel/tire question...

So here's the scoop: I'm probably going to trade in my Audi for an '08 Subaru Outback limited from a local dealer. I'm currently driving around in said Subaru for evaluation purposes. I guess they're just that willing when you tell the 20-something sales guy you have an S2000.

However, the car has new Blizzak snow tires on the OEM 17" alloy wheels. I like snow tires, I want to keep the snow tires.... but as we all know, it's April. I want to make a decision on what to do so I can work this into the deal with the dealership.

1) Does anyone know where you can order OEM Subaru wheels?

2) Does anyone know if they make 17" steelies?

3) Does anyone know how the Tire Pressure Monitoring System on the '08 Outback works? (IE does the wheel need radio transmitter sensors to work, or does it work soem other way? Do OEM wheels come with sensors?)

If anyone has any helpful info, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

Edit: OEM tire size is 225/55 17", which is what the Blizzaks are.

First off there is no 17" steel wheels for the car. Secondly there is a sensor in the wheels that sends the information back to the car. We will have winter wheels available for the car that are going to be fairly reasonable in aluminum.
If I can help let me know.
