well i cut a tire on sunday nite. one of my bridgestone RE-01R's was damaged on the sidewall. i give jim an e-mail lat monday morning (hawaii time nonetheless) and he personally responds and gets me my new set of tires on wednesday.

service cannot get any better than this.
