Time to replace my S-02 tires?
I've noticed that my car is starting to get downright loose coming out of corners; I have about 10K miles on the tires, the rears have a couple mm until the wear bars, the fronts look fine.
Do the S-02s get loose as they wear? Can I replace just the rears, or do I need to replace all 4? Anyone have any suggestions on installation places (dealer/local shops)?
Thanks!

Dook,
Yep...people have reported that they do get a bit loose when they get worn down close to the wear bar.
Could be because they are sensitive to extensive heat cycling?
Anyhow...just replace them when they get close to the wear bar. If you drive in an area with alot of standing water...and you are going over 50 mph...I would replace the rear tires before the wear bar mark.
You just need to get the rears. If the fronts are a ways from the wear bar...keep them.
I order the OEM S02's from tirerack.com...and have them installed at a local tire store.
225/50/16 W rated S02.

The S02 and all other tires can get looser as they wear. The rubber will tend to get harder as they heat cycle over and over. I don't think the tires on the S2K will have a chance to do that because they wear out so fast. If you are talking about loosing grip in the wet it is because the tread depth is so shallow.
Most of the people do replace the 2 rear tires and the next time replace all four together.
If I can help let me know.
Thank you
