Default Tire changing tool

I recently saw a guy changing brake pads on a Porsche at a HPDE. He had this great little 4" post he would thread into the hub where the lug nut goes. The post then guides the wheel onto the hub and aligns everything. It is awesome. Does anybody know if there is such a tool for the s2000?

The tool makes sense for the BMW's because there is nothing to hold the wheel up with. Your wheels will rest on the studs.
