I have OEM SO2's. What pressure should I be running?

What are you trying to do with your car? Anything special? If not, what does the little plate on the door jam say?

The reason I ask is that I just had the car in for it's 10,000 mile checkup and the dealership told me they adjusted my pressure to 30 psi.

The dealer should know better or should he? The little plate on the door and in the owner's manual lists the pressure at 32 psi all around but some people put 35-36 psi in the rear so as to get a better break away when clutch dropping. That's why I asked what you were doing.
If you've noticed that your tread is wearing too much in the middle, then drop your pressure a bit. If the middle is not wearing as much, then up the pressure a bit. On this car, the inside rear tread is usually worn more due to the suspension set up, the fronts depends on how you drive.
