Default Tire question help plz

So my rear tires are pretty bald now and i cant quite afford to fork out 300 a piece for new kdw2 right now. My brother has some used tires, which are not the exact same size as I got on there, so the question being would I be able to run these with any problems?

Currently runing 245/35/18 on 9in ultrla leggeras

He has 245/45/18 .....and I believe they are 8 or 8.5 width.

thx.

They would rub and I would say do not run them. The height is off by 2 full inches. Not only will they rub but the antilock brakes will also be off.

So, im riding stock height, will I be able to plug in some neg. camber to slip them in?(not rolled fenders tho) tire wear really means nothing since I have 2sets of of'em and I paid close to nothing 4 them. just need to buy me some time to get kdw's.

what does worry me is the ant-locking brake situation?? is this somthing that will affect me everytime I step on the brakes or endager my life on my daily driving experience... sorry if I sound dumb about it not a very mechanically inclinded person. Or is it just somthing u say man I wish it didnt do that kind of things?
