Tire Sidewall Rollover Indicator
Some of my fellow Autocrossers had different perspectives and I want to see who is correct.

Agreed, it points to the wear bar. So yeah it would be above the triangle on this tire by the looks of it.
That triangle is rather moot because its in a different relation to where the roll over point is depending on the tire. Who ever came up with this genius misnomer did people a disservice.
