Default tire sizing question

i have volk te37 and fronts are 17 by 7.5 and rear is 17 by 8.5 i currently have 215/45/17 and 245/17/40 on them but the front seems like tire could be alittle bigger. rear is perfectly flush with the rim.

also if i get 235/45/17 and 255/40/17 for the rear, will that be too big for my wheels, and if it fit are their any camber wear problems or handling problems or anything like that? thanks for all the help.

I would not go larger than the 225/45R17 in the front and 255/40R17 in the rear. Depending on the offset you may have a problem with the 255/40R17 in the rear.
If I can help with the tires let me know.
