Default Tire Stretching

Well my dilemma is that i bought some volks and the and the sizes of the rims are
17x8 front and 17x9 rear +44 offset all the way around. Now my question is what tire to stretch on these rims so i can run my car pretty dumped without having my fenders flared/pulled. I know I'm going to have to roll my fenders but i don't know if I'm correct or not but i think i could be lower with a stretched tire?

i was think of stretching either 215/45/17 Fronts 235/40/17 rears in falken azenis or
i was thinking of stretching 205/45/17 fronts 225/40/17 rears in nitto NT555 because these tires are a little bit wider that the azenis thus allowing me to run the smaller sizes

Could someone please help me out because i want to make sure i get it right the first time in ordering my tires rather than having to pull and flare my fenders

All input is greatly appriciated

Thank you
-Kyle

I'd run OEM AP2 sizes, 215/45 and 245/40. It would only be a mild stretch but if you roll the fenders you will be fine.

You don't have to stretch tire with those offsets with a proper roll. If you want max performance from that setup, I would run 235/40 255/40.
