Default TireRack's TE37's Knockoffs?

Link here:
http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/WheelCloseU...tanium+Gunmetal

On Volk racing's Japan's website and all other sites I could find... the highest offset for the TE37's are +48 front and +50 rear. In both 17's and 18's.

But tirerack have their 17's listed as +65 offset in the rear? A typo? Or custom made version for Tirerack?

Even worse are they authentic?

LOL Tire Rack would never do that. 17x9 +65 is a common offset for the TE37's...

There reccomeneded tire sizes for 17x7.5 48 and 17x9 65 are 205/50/17 and 225/45/17. Seems a little off. 225 rears for a 9'' rim, wouldent that be very streched?

Even some 245 tires are stretched on a 9" wheel. Those sizes seem a bit off.

I would personally go 225/255

depends on what year S2000 you select for, it just automatically recommends the OEM widths and sidewall series.

Put in 2004 S2000 and it recommends 215/45/17 and 245/40/17, which is probably the best sizes.. or maybe 255's in the rear.

This is not about tires. I was just wondering why the from TE37's would be +48 and the rears +65 on Tirerack's website but +48/+50 on Ray's official site.
