Default Tires for my new wheels

I have some Volk Re30s comming in in the next few weeks and i need to start planning for tires.

Here are the specs.
Fronts 17X7.5 Offset 43
Rears 17X9 Offset 63

Now with a few questions. can i run a 45 series tire on the rear like the front? I am running Tein MonoFlexes

And what is the widest i can run without rubbing. (245,255, 265)

Thank you for your help.

you can go wide with those offsets... 265 will probably fit easy in the rear.. And oh run 40 series in the rear.

I am looking for a "beefy" look for the rear. I was thinking 265 but then thought i would rub.

Also if i was to run a 265 rear which tire should i run for good grip and good daily driving. Tire Rack dosent seem to offer much in that size.

There isn't much made in the 265/40R17 size. The real problem would be the front tires with the 17X7.5 wheel and a 43mm offset. I would not go wider that a 215/45R17 in the front. You are going to have more choices if you go with the 215/45R17 front and the 255/40R17 rear.
If I can help let me know.

Just asking.

45 will make it taller than the OEM overall diameter, it will throw off your speedometer and it increase your chances of rubbing.

What type of conditions will the car see? Just street? Street/track? Do you want all out max dry grip with no concern for wet traction? All season? Snow?
