Default Tires not balanced properly?

Hi,

My S2000 has been gradually getting worse over the last 2 months when it comes to road balance/ride harshness. The right side feels fine but the left front side seems to be 'off-balance' and when I hit bumps/rough patches of road, the left side takes it much harsher than the right. I can feel vibration coming from the left front side...

Anyways, I'm getting the suspension checked out (shocks, springs, lower control arm bushing/mounts, ball joints etc), but before I go and do all of that, I wanted to see if it was something simple.

I went outside and checked all of my wheels, and they all have balancing weights on them EXCEPT the driver front wheel! It looks like they fell off or something. I triple-checked the whole wheel and there are absolutely no weights on it. Could this be causing the harsh ride and cause the skittish feeling over rough/uneven roads + how the left front seems to take bumps much harder than the right?

Thanks!

I don't think it will cause a harsh ride but it can cause a vibration.
