Default track tires

i just bought a set of AO32's from a member on the forum and have mounted them on a extra set of rims that i have. I was planning on bringing the track wheel to swap with my street ones at the track but i don't think i can get someone to carry them for me. would it be ok if i drove on the yoko AO32's to the track or would that ruin them? the track is 1hour and 45min from my house on the highway. thanks in advance

They are one of the few that you can drive on. You should be fine.

this may sound gay but ive seen alot of autocrossers put a hitch on there car (not an S) it has like a 2 in receiver on it and they mount a tire rack to it. alot of the *cough* miata guys do it and i saw an 06 mustang gt do it as well. just a thought
