understeering
i just recently got some volk gtus +50 offset all the way around, the fronts are 7.5 inches wide, the rear are 8 are inches wide, im running a 255/35/18 tire in the rear, they are brigestone re050 rft's and the fronts are 225/40/18 falken fk-451's, is it cause my front tires suck that im understeering, im lowered on tein s-techs. no alignment done yet, still settling, anyways, the car is alot flatter in the corners, the teins arent soft at all, there a good ride, i dont know what everyone is saying about them being softer than stock, the spring rates speak for themselves, but im understeering like my honda civic i use to own, tire pressures are 34 all around, any suggestions, im planning on getting re050's in the front so the grip will be even and maybe it wont understeer so bad....
is it cause my front tires suck that im understeering
why too much factors to consider.
first thing first
your alignment is way off, this could be contribute to alot of weird suspension behavior.
second thing
stiffer suspension doesn't mean it's better or more grip.
overly stiff suspension and unmatched damper rate will again, give your car wired ride
