What width do you want? You can run a stretched tire to make some of the lower offsets of wider wheels fit. Or would you rather run a wide tire on a wide wheel?

18 x 8 front with a 18x 9.5 rear

the rear tires are going to be a Mickey Thompson ET Street P265/40R18 (27'' x 10.5'' - 18''

I dont know about that specific tire, but I think that 40series is going to be tall. Depending on camber, and with no fender mods, I would say you would need at least +55 offset if not higher. I have +55 18x8.5 with 255/35's and -2 camber with no fender mods and they just clear. The Mikey Thompson is probably a big tire. So someone with experience with them will know better....

I would think that tire is not going to fit no matter what you do. They are a really tall tire.

yes i have come to find out that the the tires i wanted were to big..(tall)
but i have desided on the wheels they are CCW LM20's 18 x 9 in the front and 18 x 10.5 in the rear.. so the tires i we are going with are as followed P275/35ZR18 BFGoodrich G-Force T/A Drag Radial in the rear and 245/40ZR18
BFGoodrich G-Force T/A KDW up front...

245/35/18 would be a better size for the front. You want to have an offset of +63 for the front and +74 for the rear IMHO. I've seen a 10" wheel with a 285/30 tire and +68 offset fit w/o fender mods in the rear.

The 275 is fine, I was using the 285 as a point of reference. Nice choice on wheels btw!
