Default Volk 17x9.0 non-staggered - best offset for track?

I'm planning on getting new rims soon for some light track duty. I'm gonna go with Volk 17x9.0" non-staggered w/ 255/40/17. I was wondering what the best offset would be. I was thinking +63 or ..+54?

I'm doing my research right now, but it can't hurt to get verification. If I pissed you off for asking this question, I'm sorry.

Any comments or suggestions would be nice.

Thanks,
Jeff

+54 for less fenders work
+40 for more fenders work

I'm leaning towards +54 for less fender work.. I think I want either TE's or CE's. I currently have staggered RE30's.

TE's are lightest and weakest.

RE's a bit heavier but strongest.

CE's are the heaviest (.1 lbs more than RE) but a bit stronger than TE's, not as strong as RE's.

I thought the TE's were the heaviest. CE28's being the lightest except in 17's, RE's are lighter.. and that RE's are the strongest of them all..?

Negative, this is assuming all 3 are 17x9.0.

Huy is right, assuming 17x9. CE28's are lighter than RE30 in 18's for some reason.

BNIB RE30's for sale.

Yea, I saw those, but $2600 is out of my price range. I can get them for way cheaper actually, but I prefer used ones.
