You would definitely need some fender work. The rears would need the usual roll flat, slight pull, relocate bumper bolt, and shave down the inside of the bumper.

For tire sizing, there would be alot of options for 9 +40 F and 9.5 +35 R. I'd probably do something around:

235/40 F
245/40 R

235/40 F
255/40 R

I would possibly look into the 17x8.5 +50 for the front and stay with the 17x9.5 +35 for the rear.

Yeah 255/40 would be alot less stretched on the 9.5, but that is some serious business work on the rear fenders to get them to fit with -4 camber or less.
