I have the Volk mer-silver on order but forgot to ask about lug nuts and center caps, does the wheel come with these items? Thanks

If you didn't ask for them, they don't come with them.

for rays caps and lugs ofcourse
lugs come reg and extended black/red/blue
caps come GT/VR/
