Default Volk GT Center caps

Does anyone have experience with the Volk GT center caps? I have a new set of CE28n's and was curious if the center caps, which I haven't purchased yet, are a pain to take off and on. I ask this because I hear I will have to take them off to run the car on a track. I'm fine with that, but didn't know how much of a pain it was to take them off and put them back on.

One thing I'm specifically concerned about is: Do I have to take the wheels off or jack up the car to remove the center caps?

I've read the instructions that came with the wheels, but I wanted someone with experience to chime in.

You have to take the wheels off to get the center caps off.

1. im pretty sure the GT caps won't fit on the ce28n's. it's some other flatter center caps. if im wrong, at least it's something to check up on.

2. you need to take the wheels off. grab a hammer or something...and tap it from the rear with the handle part and it'll just pop off.

I have GT Center Caps on my CE 28N's and the fit perfectly. As stated above, you have to remove them with the wheel off the car. To get them on, you simply just press them in. They hold on with a ribber O-Ring gasket.
