Default Volk TE37v on S2000?

Hey I was searching online and on the forum for pictures of the TE37v on an s2000, but i had no luck in finding any. These wheels are very "old school jdm" and matches cars like AE86 and 240z really well, but im not sure about how it would look on a s2k. Also, the size i was looking at was a sqaure setup of 17x9.0 +20, would i need major fender work to fit it? I was really looking to just roll/pull and relocating the rear tab. Any help is appreciated!

Yup. No way those fit on stock fenders with correct tires.

Is it because it is +20 offset? If i were to run regular te37 or te37sl, with 17x9.0 +40 offset, would that fit with minimal moddifications?

Yes it is because of the offset. The 17x9 +40 is doable with roll tab relo and camber.

as I recall the te37 don't even come in 5x114.3. offsets are also the issue like people above stated. all those old school JDM cars low offsets to no positive offset to negative.
