Wandering S
Just a question about the affect of tire wear on wandering.
A couple of weeks ago I replaced the rear tires with two new stock tires. Since then the car has started to wander badly. I had an alignment done recently but it still seems to wander a bit and is a little off center. With the car on the hoist I noticed that the inside edge (one inch) of the both front tires had worn down quite a bit but the rest of the tread is fine. The tech at my dealer has recommended new front tires since the alignment didn't cure the problem. My question is could this wear cause the car to wander?
Thanks,
